The Sterling Pro SPPZ-135 Pizza Prep 2 Door Counter has a capacity of 290 litres that when topped with the 8 x GN1/4 refrigerated topping well gives you incredible capacity for pizza / salad production in a compact package.
Featuring a capacity for 2 x 1/1 gastronorms cabinets, auto defrost and a heavy duty ventilated system that's designed to cope with an ambient temperature of up to 38°C.
