The PZ430S using high speed quartz/infra red elements can cook a fresh pizza upto 16" dia in 3 minutes. From frozen cooking time is apporx 5 minutes. With a stone base for an even spread of heat under the pizza you will achive perfect results time after time. Thanks to the independent control of the top and bottom elements the PZ430S also works as a grill for toasted sandwhiches etc and a warming oven. The PZ430S can be stacked, up to 3 high, using the PZ stacking bracket. Features 15 minute timer with constant overide position, 350'C thermostat, independent element control.
