Manual Defrost	Defrosting should be completed at least twice a year for non automatic defrosting cabinets.
Door Gaskets	Good door gaskets will reduce ice built up within the cabinet.

Other points to consider
Dimensions	Always check the product fit through your doorways and in to the space required. These cabinets tend to be rather heavy.
Stocking	Try not to exceed the stocking levels - usually indicated by red lines on the inside of the cabinet.
