The exterior and interior of the BCC3 are made out of high grade AISI 304 stainless steel, which is ideal for any food related applications due to its high durability against oxidising acids, making the surfaces easy to sanitise. To aid cleaning, the internal corners are rounded and the door gasket and condenser filter are removable.
